As a Biology student at Alabama A&M University, starting the semester prepared is important to my success. My mother works hard to support our family, but the cost of college and everyday school essentials continues to be a challenge. Receiving this support would help relieve some of that financial burden, allowing me to focus on my classes and my goal of pursuing a career in biomedical research. Having the supplies I need would help me begin the school year with confidence and stay focused on achieving my goals.
Back-to-school needs
I need essential school supplies such as notebooks, folders, binders, pens, pencils, highlighters, printer paper, and other materials for my classes. For my apartment, I also need Tide Pods, feminine hygiene products like pads, storage bins, pots and pans, basic kitchen utensils, and small appliances such as an air fryer or tabletop cooker. Having these necessities would help me stay organized, prepare meals, and focus on my education without the added stress of covering everyday living expenses.
